It is my passion to educate and support women through pregnancy and birth by empowering them with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to achieve their birth goals. I believe education and preparation are key to achieving goals of any kind and birth is no exception.
My 5 children were all born in a birth center attended by midwives.
I became a Doula in 2017. I have supported many different types of births and have since certified as a childbirth educator to offer another level of support to the birthing community.
When I’m not serving as a doula or childbirth educator you can usually find me home sipping coffee with my little family. Just kidding, it’s not little. We (my husband and I) have 5 children, 4 boys and a tiny but fierce little girl as the cherry on top. There’s rarely a peaceful coffee sipping moment but I take it when I can get it! We enjoy spending time as a family outside in the sunshine or exploring something new!
